Office Assistant (No English Required, Full Time Job)
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in general office administration and support. He should be able to work full time and should be comfortable with computers and basic office software.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant include providing administrative support to the team, managing daily operations, and performing filing tasks. He should also be able to handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Other duties include ordering supplies, booking travel arrangements, handling mail distribution, and ensuring that all office equipment is maintained properly.
The successful candidate must have previous experience as an Office Assistant or a similar role. He must possess excellent organizational skills and have an eye for detail. It is also essential for him to be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
We are looking for a candidate who is from India or Pakistan with no English language skills required. This is a full-time position suitable for men only.
