We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Clerk include providing administrative support to the team, managing day-to-day tasks, greeting visitors and answering phone calls, maintaining records and files, scheduling appointments, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary; we are willing to consider candidates who are new immigrants or have no prior experience.
