Administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operations by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. This includes managing customer accounts, processing orders, filing paperwork, maintaining databases, and providing general administrative support. The individual must also be able to manage their time efficiently and prioritize tasks appropriately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience as an administrator or similar role. They should be proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with customer service is also beneficial as part of this role involves interacting with customers regularly. An understanding of basic accounting principles is also desirable.
