Oenologist - Musaffah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Musaffah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in winemaking and hold a degree in oenology or a related field. Preference will be given to applicants of African or Egyptian nationality with no English language requirements and without experience. Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire winemaking process, from grape selection to final bottling of the product. Duties include: conducting research on grape varieties, controlling fermentation and aging processes, performing lab tests and analysis, and evaluating the quality of the finished product. The Oenologist will also develop new winemaking techniques to ensure high-quality wines.
