We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that the hotel is kept clean and orderly, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage housekeeping staff including hiring, training, scheduling shifts and providing feedback.
• Ensure hotel rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Implement procedures for cleaning, sanitation, pest control, linen management and waste disposal.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Assist front desk staff with check-in/check-out process.
• Develop plans for special projects related to housekeeping operations.
• Monitor guest complaints related to housekeeping services and take necessary action to resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in hotel management/housekeeping operations preferred.
• Proven track record of successful management of staff in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of hospitality operations including health & safety regulations, cleaning procedures, linen management etc..
• Ability to plan, organize and delegate tasks effectively as well as provide guidance to team members when needed.
