Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:
The duties of the Secretary include providing general administrative support, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, updating databases, handling phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries from external customers or stakeholders, filing documents, organizing travel arrangements, preparing presentations and other related tasks as assigned by management. The Secretary should be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks at once while ensuring accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
