Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identify suitable candidates for open positions through online job boards, social media platforms, recruiting events, college recruitment programs and other avenues.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to evaluate experience, skills and qualifications of applicants.
• Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
• Schedule in-person interviews with potential hires and collaborate with hiring managers on the selection process.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork such as offer letters, contracts of employment etc.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures related to the recruitment process.
• Maintain an organized database of applicant information for future reference.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role; 3+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of HR rules & regulations; understanding of labor laws & employment legislation is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships quickly with potential hires & hiring managers alike is essential.
• Strong organizational & problem solving skills; able to multitask & manage multiple recruitment demands simultaneously is essential.

Compensation: 1200 per month
