Support Manager (Contract) – Ajman, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Support Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and will need to be able to communicate in English. We prefer candidates from Egypt or Africa but this is not essential.

The Support Manager will be responsible for providing both remote and on-site support to our customers. This includes troubleshooting customer queries, monitoring customer feedback, and ensuring that customer service standards are maintained. The Support Manager will also be expected to create and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of IT systems and processes is preferred but not essential. Students are also encouraged to apply for this position.
