We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations of the office.

Your duties will include answering phones, filing and organizing documents, scheduling appointments, providing customer service over the phone and in person, helping to coordinate office events and activities, maintaining records, and other related tasks. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude. You must also have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preference may be given to applicants of African or Malayalee nationality who are fluent in English.
