Administrative Coordinator (Men Only) - Dukhan, Qatar
We are looking for an organized and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask. This is a contract job without experience required. We prefer applicants with their own visa. Preferred Nationalities: Indian or Pakistani. Fluent English is mandatory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Greeting customers and answering phone calls
•Organizing and maintaining files and records
•Providing administrative support to management team
•Organizing meetings and other events
•Coordinating travel arrangements
•Developing reports in line with business goals
•Creating monthly invoices for clients
•Administrating accounts receivable/payable records
