We are looking for a qualified Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to multitask and manage a variety of tasks while meeting deadlines.

The responsibilities of the Hotel Manager include overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, developing strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability, maintaining quality standards across all departments, training and managing staff, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, monitoring customer service standards, controlling budgets, and handling customer complaints.

We prefer candidates who are native English speakers from India or Pakistan with their own visas. The successful candidate will have a degree in hospitality management or related field as well as at least three years’ experience in a similar role. An ability to think strategically and analytically is essential for this role.
