Administrative Director – Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a contract job with visa sponsorship and accommodation provided.
The successful candidate must have significant experience in an administrative role as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
The main responsibilities of the Administrative Director include:
• Developing and managing administrative systems, policies, and procedures
• Managing day-to-day operations of the organization
• Overseeing budgeting and financial reporting activities
• Supervising staff, including recruitment and training
• Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Developing strategies to improve administrative processes and services
