Job Title: Maintenance Specialist - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and other building equipment.

You will be responsible for carrying out regular inspections of the buildings systems and components to identify any safety or operational issues. You will be tasked with performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance activities. In addition, you will be expected to order parts and materials for repairs as necessary.
