We are a successful company based in Abu-Dhabi and we are looking for a qualified Office Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, clients and customers.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working as an office clerk. You should be organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
• Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Filing documents accurately according to the established procedures
• Preparing reports and documents as required by management
The salary offered is 1600 AED per month. We are open to hiring foreign nationals who possess the necessary qualifications.
