Secretary job in Sharjah UAE
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah and help our organization to reach its goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience with online tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. They should also be able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a related role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy is essential for this role, as well as strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task. Being fluent in English is a requirement, while Arabic language skills are considered an added advantage.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization including scheduling meetings, taking notes during meetings, monitoring incoming emails and responding to general queries from clients. Other duties include filing documents, preparing presentations and other materials, maintaining records of all correspondence, handling phone calls/inquiries from customers or other parties, managing travel arrangements as required, entering data into the system accurately and efficiently, assisting with special projects when needed.
We offer a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance coverage for employees. We are prepared to consider applications from candidates who are already living in Sharjah or those who would like to immigrate to Sharjah.
