Support Manager - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ideal candidate is a Pakistani or Egyptian national, is available for full-time work with no accommodation, and is suitable for men. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and managing the support team.

The Support Manager's duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring customer satisfaction levels, leading and training the support team, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Additionally, the Support Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the customer support process and implementing solutions.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience managing a customer service or technical support team is preferred.
