We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This is a contract position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as experience working with chat systems. They should also be able to provide customer service support and technical assistance. While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via the chat system within the allotted timeframe. They will need to provide accurate information and resolve any issues customers may have in a professional manner. The Chat Operator will also need to ensure that all data is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
