We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and remain organized.

The Administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and assisting in the daily operations of the office. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, maintaining records, distributing mail, organizing files, and providing general assistance to staff members.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and have a basic understanding of computers and related software. They should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently or with minimal supervision. Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or Malayalees with strong English language skills.
