Administrative Coordinator - Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, providing support to the team, and handling customer inquiries. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator in English and can work effectively with others. Indian nationality is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance where needed
• Manage communications between different departments and ensure information is accurately relayed
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
• Maintain accurate records of all office activities
• Prepare reports on office expenses and other financial matters as required
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of office software such as MS Office
