Administrative Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced, biometric passport-holding administrative assistant for our office in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be able to speak English fluently and have excellent organizational skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a person without experience or accommodation to gain valuable professional experience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff and managing incoming and outgoing documents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
β’ Assisting with the preparation of reports, minutes of meetings and other documents
β’ Providing general administrative support such as filing, photocopying and archiving
β’ Answering telephone inquiries and transferring calls as necessary
β’ Scheduling meetings and appointments
β’ Handling incoming mail and other correspondence
β’ Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies.
β’ Liaising with vendors regarding office equipment maintenance or repairs.
β’ Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
β’ Fluency in English is essential β’ Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred β’ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision β’ Good organizational skills β’ Excellent communication skills β’ Must possess a valid biometric passport from Egypt.
