Administrative Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced, biometric passport-holding administrative assistant for our office in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be able to speak English fluently and have excellent organizational skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a person without experience or accommodation to gain valuable professional experience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff and managing incoming and outgoing documents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, minutes of meetings and other documents
• Providing general administrative support such as filing, photocopying and archiving
• Answering telephone inquiries and transferring calls as necessary
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Handling incoming mail and other correspondence
• Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Liaising with vendors regarding office equipment maintenance or repairs.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English is essential • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Good organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Must possess a valid biometric passport from Egypt.
