Office Assistant (Pakistan Nationals Preferred) - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and its staff. This role requires the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate should have a valid biometric passport and must be willing to provide accommodation. It is preferred that candidates are Pakistani nationals but this is not a strict requirement. Applicants do not need to speak English for this role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting guests at the office
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events
• Maintaining records of office activities
• Updating databases and spreadsheets with relevant information
• Performing basic administrative tasks as needed
• Assisting with travel arrangements, visas, etc. as needed
• Writing reports & memos as needed
• Assisting with filing documents & paperwork as needed
