Office Assistant – Malayalee, Egyptian, English Speaker – Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for a talented and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalee/Egyptian languages.
We are looking for a reliable individual who is highly organized and can work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize them according to importance. The successful candidate should also be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations including filing and answering calls
• Update administrative records such as attendance, stock inventories, etc
• Provide customer service by answering queries from internal and external customers
• Ensure that all office equipment is in good working order
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Maintain safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Assist other departments when required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalee/Egyptian languages is must have
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks accordingly • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills • Must hold own visa or willing to relocate on own visa • Freshers are also welcome to apply
