We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful administrative management.
The ideal candidate should possess a valid biometric passport and have strong communication skills in English. This is a full-time contract position with accommodation provided.
The Administrative Manager's main responsibilities include managing and coordinating office operations, creating reports and presentations, responding to customer inquiries, organizing meetings and events, managing travel arrangements as well as handling confidential documents. The successful candidate should also be able to prioritize tasks, have the ability to multi-task and maintain high levels of accuracy while working under pressure. This is an urgent position so the ideal candidate must be available immediately.
