Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations
• Manage filing systems, prepare reports, memos, letters, invoices, and other documents
• Ensure proper communication between departments
• Maintain a clean and orderly office environment
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Ability to develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor office supplies inventory levels
• Troubleshoot daily operational issues
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• At least three years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required; fluency in another language is a plus
• Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers/scanners/fax machines
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
