Job Title: Office Assistant (Part Time) - Al Wakra, Qatar
We are looking for a motivated and organized office assistant to join our team in Al Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be able to work part time without prior experience and have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

The successful candidate will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required
• Managing correspondence via email, post or fax
• Maintaining filing systems
• Updating databases and entering new information as needed
• Assisting with general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, ordering supplies etc.
• Providing administrative support to colleagues as needed
