Maintenance Specialist - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and equipment. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and safety regulations.

You should be an Indian national with good English language skills. A valid visa is an advantage but not essential. Students are welcome to apply.

Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting the premises regularly, identifying areas needing repair or improvement, undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing and painting work, performing safety checks on equipment, and responding to emergency breakdowns. You should also ensure all safety regulations are adhered to when carrying out your duties.
