Office Assistant – Abu Dhabi, UAE (Indians Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a native or fluent English speaker and preferably Indian. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, as well as handling day-to-day office tasks.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Greeting clients and visitors and responding to inquiries;
• Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary;
• Preparing documents such as letters, memos, reports and spreadsheets;
• Scheduling meetings and appointments;
• Handling incoming mail;
• Maintaining filing systems;
• Liaising with suppliers to place orders;
• Organizing company events;
• Assisting with travel arrangements.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, candidates should have an understanding of basic office duties such as photocopying, faxing and data entry. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
