Secretary vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE

Secretary - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE (Preferably Indian, Women)
We are seeking a Secretary to be based in Dibba-El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. Preference will be given to applicants of Indian nationality and female gender.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the team. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, creating and maintaining filing systems, preparing documents, and other tasks. Excellent organizational skills are required as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills in any language (no English language proficiency is required). Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred but not essential. This is a contract position with flexible working hours.
