Job Title: Call Center Operator (Malayalees/Egyptians with English Speaking Ability) - Ajman, UAE

We are seeking a Call Center Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in the English language. Previous experience in a call center is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes responding to inquiries, taking orders, resolving problems, and providing general information. Excellent problem solving skills are essential for this role.
