We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Oenologist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wine, and preferably have experience in the field of oenology. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of winemaking, including grape selection, fermentation techniques, blending processes and quality assurance. They will also be required to conduct research on new techniques and technologies to improve the production process. We are particularly keen to find someone who is a native Arabic speaker with a strong command of English. Experience is not essential but is preferred. Students are also encouraged to apply.
