Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and administrative skills and be able to work independently. Preference will be given to candidates who speak English fluently and are of Indian nationality.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, preparing administrative documents, conducting research, organizing meetings, and providing general support. The successful candidate must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency. They must also be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. This is a part-time position without accommodation; however, occasional travel may be required.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across all departments within the organization by performing the following duties:
• Organize filing systems for all departments’ documents
• Create reports and presentations for management
• Provide general assistance to other departments as needed
• Conduct research projects as assigned by management
• Monitor deadlines for various projects
• Maintain accurate records of all documentation
• Prepare correspondence such as memos, emails, letters, etc.
• Schedule meetings with internal staff as well as external clients
• Develop efficient procedures for completing tasks
• Assist in budget preparation activities
