Administrative Manager - Malayalee and Biometric Passport Holder - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position requires a biometric passport holder of Malayalee descent who is fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, the Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to the organization’s operations. This includes maintaining records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and liaising with external parties. The successful applicant must also have strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with colleagues and other stakeholders. They must also be proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc). A background in accounting or finance is preferred but not required. Previous experience working in the UAE is an asset but not mandatory.
