Office Assistant (Part-time) – Haur-Fakkan, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general office support, including data entry, filing, scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and managing other administrative tasks. A high level of customer service and professionalism is essential for this position.
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, has the ability to multitask, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have excellent English language skills. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in an office setting or those with relevant qualifications. Experience is not necessary but would be a plus.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours; however, the successful candidate must be able to commit to regular work hours each week.
