Major assistant vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE

Major Assistant (Full-time, with Accommodation, El-Fujairah, UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Major Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian or Egyptian nationals.

The successful candidate will assist the head of the department in carrying out administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of operations. This includes organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and documents, coordinating activities between departments, and liaising with external contacts on behalf of the department.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Arabic (preferred but not essential), and have a good understanding of office administration processes. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
