Secretary (Biometric Passport Holder)

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should possess a biometric passport and have excellent English language skills. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided.

The successful applicant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, managing emails and other administrative tasks as assigned. They will also be expected to provide support to the senior staff and handle all documentations related to the company’s operations.
