We are looking for a Major Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The position is open to Egyptian nationals who can speak English fluently and have no prior experience. The successful candidate will be offered a contract job with accommodation provided.

The primary responsibilities of the Major Assistant include: providing administrative support to the major department; organizing files and documents; assisting with scheduling meetings; answering incoming calls; managing emails; maintaining records; and providing other administrative assistance as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to adhere to deadlines, handle confidential information, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
