Manager (Part-time) - Ajman, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing operations, staff, and resources.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company
• Organizing staff and resources to ensure a smooth running of production processes
• Developing plans, strategies and objectives for the company to achieve its goals
• Monitoring progress and ensuring that quality standards are met
• Establishing policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Supervising staff and providing guidance and support where needed.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and management skills as well as experience working with a multicultural workforce. Knowledge of English is essential. We prefer Pakistani nationals for this role but we also consider other nationalities if they have the necessary qualifications. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided along with free visa and ticket.
