Assistant Biometric Passport Officer - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Biometric Passport Officer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The successful candidate must be an Indian national and have excellent English language skills.
This is a contract job and will require the successful candidate to work closely with the biometric passport office in order to ensure that applicants’ biometric passports are processed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in the processing of biometric passports as well as experience in dealing with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Process biometric passport applications from Indian nationals
• Ensure accuracy of information provided on applications
• Provide advice and guidance to applicants on the passport application process
• Liaise with government authorities regarding biometric passport applications
• Maintain records of all biometric passport applications
• Handle customer inquiries related to biometric passports
• Assist in other administrative duties when required.
Requirements:
• Indian nationality
• Excellent English language skills – written and spoken
• Previous experience in processing biometric passports required
• Good customer service skills
