We are looking for a Chat Operator for our Ajman office in the United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with no experience who are seeking a part-time role without accommodation. The ideal candidate should have a valid biometric passport and preferably be of African or Malayalee nationality. Fluency in English is not required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through chat, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing excellent customer service. They will also work to improve customer retention by building relationships with customers and keeping up to date with product features and services.
