Administrative Coordinator β Contract Job with Accommodation β Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our organization in Dukhan, Qatar. This is a contract job with accommodation provided.
The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience and be able to work autonomously. Fluency in English is essential. Preference will be given to Indian nationals.
The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
β’ Providing administrative support for daily operations
β’ Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
β’ Handling communication with clients and colleagues
β’ Maintaining records and filing systems
β’ Monitoring office supplies stock and placing orders when necessary
β’ Performing general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
β’ Managing office equipment maintenance and repairs
The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. He/She should possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, as well as problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite.
