Oenologist vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Oenologist - Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in viticulture or oenology, or equivalent experience and be fluent in English.

The Oenologist will be responsible for all winemaking activities from grape selection to bottling. This includes grape analysis, fermentation control and overseeing laboratory work. The successful candidate will also be required to monitor vineyard operations and ensure that quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for winemaking and strong knowledge of the latest techniques and trends in the industry. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience living and working in the UAE, although this is not a requirement.
