Oenologist - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality of all wines produced in our facility.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Oenology or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in the same job role. A strong understanding of viticulture and winemaking principles and practices is essential. The candidate should also have excellent knowledge of wine sensory analysis and wine chemistry.

The successful candidate should be able to operate complex testing equipment accurately, as well as demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for working with staff at all levels. She must have an eye for detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
