Oenologist - El-Ain, UAE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Oenologist to join our winery team in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of winemaking processes and techniques, as well as experience in managing a winery operation. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with the local culture and language, and preferably be a Pakistani or Malayalee national who is fluent in English. Previous experience in a winery is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of winemaking, including grape selection, fermentation process, barrel aging, bottling and labeling. They will also need to be able to effectively manage staff and ensure quality control.
