Moderator - Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE (No English Required, Without Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Moderator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This position is open to applicants of Pakistani or African nationality, and those who do not require English language proficiency or experience in the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and moderating community forums, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving any conflicts that may arise. He/she will also be required to track customer feedback and escalate any issues as appropriate.

A successful Moderator should possess excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable about the relevant product or service. He/she should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
