Administrative Assistant – Umm-Said, Qatar (Preference for Indians and Native English Speakers)
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The primary duties of an Administrative Assistant include providing administrative and clerical support to our team, managing data entry tasks, scheduling appointments, organizing events, writing reports and memos, preparing presentations, filing documents and records, distributing mail and other duties as assigned. In addition, the successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and preferably possess a degree or certification in business administration or a related field. Preference will be given to applicants who are Indian or native English speakers.
