Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian national, you will be given preference for this role. However, all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Assist with office tasks including filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is required
- Must have a valid visa for working in the UAE or willing to obtain one with our sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
