Office Assistant - Indian National (Contract)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Contract Office Assistant, you will support our daily office operations and assist in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport (preferred)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
