Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position is open to all nationalities and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's operations and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures
- Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle office supply inventory and ordering
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
