Office Assistant - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Only)
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in the bustling city of Al-Wakra, Qatar while utilizing your English speaking skills in a professional environment. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for someone who is already located in Qatar or is able to arrange their own housing.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team. This includes organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering phone calls and emails, and assisting with any other tasks as needed. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proficient in English communication, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you must have a biometric passport as it is required for all employees working in Qatar. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role will be considered an asset.
