Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar
Our company is currently seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and operations within the company. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions within the company.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of administrative staff.
- Monitor budget and expenses related to administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle any issues or concerns related to administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Previous experience working with international teams is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work full-time without any prior experience.
